Budweiser Budvar

Budějovický Budvar, also known as Budweiser Budvar, is a Czech brewery based in České Budějovice. The brewery was founded in 1895 under the name České Budějovický akciový pivovar. In 1910, the brewery was renamed Budweiser Budweiser Brewery and began producing its most famous beer, Budweiser Budvar. After the Second World War, the brewery was nationalised and renamed the České Budějovice State Brewery. In 1991 it became a private enterprise again and returned to its original name – Budweiser Budvar, a national enterprise. Since then Budvar has become one of the most successful Czech breweries and its beer is sold all over the world.

Solution description

Budějovický Budvar implements and operates IdStory Identity Management, which ensures the lifecycle management of employee identities. The solution is extended with synchronization of groups from SAP and their transcription into Active Directory. IdStory continues to be developed to improve system security and to meet the requirements of the NIS 2 directive.
